Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
Chirolink has seen a steady stream of patients coming in with thoracic outlet syndrome throughout the years. It’s a relatively common condition and even though the symptoms may overlap with a few more serious conditions, thoracic outlet syndrome is a manageable condition that responds remarkably well to chiropractic treatment.
Thoracic outlet syndrome is characterized by compression of the brachial plexus, subclavian artery, vein, and surrounding lymphatic vessels by various structures. These include the pectoralis minor and scalene muscles or the first rib and clavicle.
