Each person is different, their response to chiropractic care and health goals vary. Your chiropractor will put together a care plan specifically designed for you, which may include exercises and a programme of visits. Your progress will be assessed at regular intervals and your care plan adjusted accordingly. We will give you a recommendation based on our professional judgement but the choice is always yours.
